Tabor/Bruce actively pursues design. The
majority of our work is site specific, client specific; however
to fulfill our mission to educate and showcase quality design, we
create quality home designs for ourselves.
Now, we are making these available for sale. These
plans are truly architecturally designed, with detailing and planning
that you might receive in hiring an architect for a custom home.
The following plans are designs created by Tabor/Bruce
as complete construction sets. Our office can provide changes to
the offered plans to meet your needs as well as applicable code
changes as requested for your area.

Conditions of Sale
These designs have been developed and issued without
control over issuance of building permits and final construction.
Plans are drawn to meet or surpass National Building
codes and construction requirements for the State of Indiana, in
effect at time they were drawn. Because codes in other areas may
vary, the owner and his/her builder are responsible for complying
with applicable local codes.
The owner and his/her builder are responsible for
verifying all dimensions before construction, any variations or
discrepancies should be reported to Tabor/Bruce which assumes no liability or responsibility for inadvertent
discrepancies, construction interpretations and/or constructed results.
Plans are copyright protected, and the purchaser
agrees that he/she will use the plans for construction of single
structure and guarantees that the plan or any part of it will not
be reproduced without the written permission of the copyright owner.
Plans are not to be resold or used for any other purpose than the
single structure for which purchased.
Blueprints and sepias are produced for each order
and are not returnable. Payment is non-refundable.
